I'm pretty sure that it was B.L.O.O.D.M.O.S.E.S. framed Barkley for the second Chaos Dunk, with Jordan as its minion. And B.L.O.O.D.M.O.S.E.S. was in fact Shadow Barkley, a remnant of Barkley's b-ball energy or something from the Ultimate B-ball used in the Space Jam that ended up turning evil. Jordan was the most present villain, but the Chaos Dunk was never his to perform, only Barkley's and Shadow Barkley's.
...wait, am I getting in an argument over the canon of Barkley, Shut Up And Jam: Gaiden here?

You know, I coulda swore that only Barkley could do a Chaos Dunk, and not Jordan.
